Mollie first helped us sell and buy our next home in 2004 when the inventory was very low and our requirements difficult to match. Our new home turned out to be the best home and neighborhood of any place we had lived in before. After 14 years there, we were ready to list again, and Mollie provided us with great advice on how to prepare and where to put our efforts. We had a full price offer within 2 weeks of listing, and smooth sailing to closing. I would recommend Mollie to anyone. She has great pricing instincts and works hard for buyers and sellers.

Mollie was first recommended to me by an old roommate, who had worked with her to purchase his first home. She was not the first realtor I used (I had been on an unsuccessful house hunt a few years back), but she was definitely the best. She was able to make time to show me houses around my work schedule, and was great at finding places to show based on my budget & what I told her I was looking for. She was patient with my questions and avoided being condescending; this was my first house, and it was definitely a learning process for me. Best of all, she wasn't pushy... she was willing to take the time to help me find the right place, instead of rushing to get a sale. When it's time for me to move on and upgrade to a new house, I'll definitely be choosing Mollie again.
